DecisionTech / MoneySuperMarket

Led a cross-functional team delivering comparison and switching services for major UK brands. Drove adoption of CI/CD practices, mentored junior engineers, and delivered key platform features that significantly increased conversion rates. DecisionTech was acquired by MoneySuperMarket Group during this period.

Promoted to Lead Developer within a year. Owned the music streaming API platform serving millions of requests daily, improved system reliability, and introduced automated testing practices across the team.
